The U.S. Marshalls were busy in Scioto County on July 2nd. They managed to scoop up four individuals on various charges. An arrest is not a conviction and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Those involved in the sweep were:

Wright is charged with three felonies
A Bench Warrant for possession of drugs
An Indictment for failure to appear and a parole violation

Sparks was apprehended for a felony parole violation and a felony probation violation

Koch was taken into custody on an indictment for failure to register.
