Todd Kevin Williams, 48, of Lucasville, died Saturday, May 15, 2021, in the Southern Ohio Medical Center emergency room. Born on August 4, 1972, in Portsmouth, he was a son of the late Marvin and Shirlie Hicks Williams and was a millwright union.
Todd graduated from Portsmouth High School and enjoyed playing darts with his best friend, Jen, and made anything from anything tinkering with his trinkets. He was always enthusiastic about having the opportunity to work in the garage with his best friend, Hershel Adkins.
Also preceding him in death were brothers, Kent Staten, Joe Williams, and John Williams and a grandson, Hayden.
Surviving are his children, Emilie (Josh) Ruby of Minford, Jordyn Kouns Williams of Portsmouth and “bonus daughter”, Allie; three brothers, Mark (Sherry) Darby of Rigrish Addition, Chris (Erica) Williams of Wilmington, NC, and Anthony Williams of Mississippi; grandchildren, Gracie, Jaina, Jaxon, and Hannah; special nephews, Kyle, Cole, and Rowan Darby and his former wife, Janie Kouns Case.
A service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 22nd at the BRANT FUNERAL HOME IN SCIOTOVILLE.
The family will receive guests at Brant’s from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
