Just before 8 am, a caller reported some suspicious activity near a Gallia Street daycare facility. The caller said a man was looking into vehicles in the area and appeared to be hiding something in his arms.
By the time officers arrived, the man had left the area.
Just after 1 pm, a witness reported an apparently high woman dancing around in the street near a doctor’s office on 25th Street. She left the area before police arrived.
Just after 6 pm, a caller reported a woman in a pink shirt attempting to get in the back door of a residence on 20th Street. Officers caught up with her at 19th and Grandview and took her into custody.
At 8:30 pm, a witness reported a shirtless man running in and out of traffic at the Oasis Convenient Mart. The caller said the man was talking to himself and appeared to be on drugs. He left the area before police arrived.
An hour later, a caller reported a man walking in the middle of Coles Blvd. They said he had hospital bands around his wrists. Police found the man in the Super Quik Parking lot and managed to contact the person who had power of attorney for him. They took him home.
