Phyllis Ann Keller, 80 of Portsmouth passed away Wednesday, May 5, 2021, at SOMC Hospice. Born November 12, 1940, in Greenup, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Leonard D. Adkins and Ella Baglin, she was a homemaker and attended Rubyville Community Church. Phyllis was also a real estate agent, and along with her husband owned & operated Keller Construction.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Orville “Jack” Keller; three daughters, Lesa (Steven) Schneider, Kathi (Kevin) Lute, Beth (Dennis) Roberts; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; six brothers and sisters, Roy (Shirley) Boggs, Sue Crockett, Linda Antis, Freda (Tony) Watts, Lowell Boggs, Karen (Jeffery) Stout, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 8, 2021, at Rubyville Community Church with Pastors Calvin Ray Evans and Brian Baer officiating. Burial will be at Rubyville Community Church Cemetery. Friends may call at the church from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. prior to the service.
