A North Hill Road woman contacted police to report a problem with an elderly neighbor who lived in an apartment across the street.
She said the man repeatedly comes to her home and can become angry when asked to leave.
Police discovered the man is suffering from dementia and has a habit of wandering.
Police notified a relative who came to collect him.
She said she would attempt to find someone to stay with him.
