A man told officers he was knocked out during a robbery.
Police received a report of a man stumbling down Gallia just before 9 pm. When they spoke to the man, he said he was robbed and believed he was knocked out when his things were stolen.
The officers said he seemed confused. At first but began to talk normally as the conversation continued. However, he did not wish to file a police report. He said he was scared and just wanted something to drink.
Police offered to send for an ambulance but he refused. The officer said there was no order of alcohol or signs of impairment. The man left of his own accord.
