Chad Hamilton Sapp, 31, of Wheelersburg passed away Monday, March 1, 2021. He was born June 21, 1989, in Ashland, KY. He was a former Lineman, attended Minford High School and VoTec, and enjoyed drawing and riding 4 wheelers.
Chad is survived by his father, Tim Sapp and Cathy Wamsley of Wheelersburg, mother Tina (Hamilton) Hickman (Joe) of Minford; a daughter, Amiha Marie Sapp of New Boston; step-sister, Erica LaFontaine (Zak) of West Portsmouth; half-sister, Haley Hickman of Lucasville; a brother, Austin Sapp of Columbus; stepbrother, Caleb Hickman (Alicia) of Portsmouth; several aunts uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Betty Sapp, Ross, and Ruby Hamilton.
Committal services will be 11:00 AM Friday, March 5, 2021, in the Chapel at Memorial Burial Park under the direction of D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in Wheelersburg. Face coverings and social distancing will be observed. Online condolences may be sent to DWSwickFuneralHome.com.
